Welcome to your CMU Cross Country Ski Team Summer Strength Plan. Below you’ll find a full menu of progressive strength, stability, and power workouts. Choose one based on where you are in the training cycle, how you’re feeling, and what facilities or gear you have access to.

The Colorado Mesa University Cross Country Ski Team offers ski racing opportunities for students with intermediate and higher ski skills. While training and competing in the USCSA Conference, our athletes balance academics with a passion for skiing.
We also welcome inquiries from high school skiers in the Grand Junction area—especially since no local clubs currently support high school cross country skiing. We're happy to help where we can.
